Inspiration Photo Challenge

Hello friends, we're back with Week 2 of our photo inspiration challenge.  Thanks so much to all of you who have already joined in our challenge.  There's still a whole week to go and we hope to see your work in our linky line-up.  

Here's our inspiration photo.  This week our Funkie design team has pulled out all the stops to slam your mojo into high gear!  So whatever your vintage style,  Funkie, Frilly or anywhere in between, we'd love to have you join our challenge and link up some sort of project inspired by this photo.

Here's our Week 1 Frilly post for this challenge:

Hello Frilly and Funkie friends.  I hope your summer is getting off to a great start.  So happy you could spare a few minutes today to stop by to see what our latest challenge is all about.  A huge thank you to everyone who played along with our last challenge.  We're having so much fun with the challenges here at Frilly and Funkie and hope that you are too.

Linda here to host the challenge for this fortnight.  It's an inspiration photo challenge and you can interpret it any way you like.  I came across this gorgeous photo while looking for inspiration to create this challenge and just could not resist it.  I live in south Florida and we have a pair of Amazon parrots in our neighborhood who roost in an area about a block from my house and we see them fly over in the morning and in the evening.  They are huge and it is such an incredible sight to see.

We hope you will take some inspiration from this photo to create some sort of vintage style project for our challenge.  Whatever your vintage style, frilly or funkie or somewhere in between, you can upload your project any time during the two weeks our challenge is running.

This week our Frilly team has inspiration to offer and next Wednesday our Funkie team will be joining in with their takes on the challenge.

Our challenge offers two opportunities for prizes - a random drawing for a $15 gift certificate to shop at The Funkie Junkie Boutique and a best project competition, judged by the voting of the design team members.
