Put a Ribbon on It!

It's Linda back again as host of the current challenge and we are now in to the second week; since I had so much fun creating new projects with ribbon for a recent Friday Focus I figured it would be a great idea to challenge you to do the same, especially as there's such a great range in stock at The Funkie Junkie Boutique.

The guidelines for entering are simple: create a vintage or shabby chic project following the challenge theme, link it below to your post (not just your blog) and also include a link back to this challenge in your post. You can combine our challenge with up to 10 challenges (including this one) to be in with a chance of winning. Make sure you follow these rules as unfortunately we have had to eliminate entrants from the prize draws in the past when they have entered too many other challenges. If you are entering through a public forum please use keyword F&F. Also, please be sure to turn off your Word Verification so our Design Team can leave comments on your blogs.

The winner will earn a Guest DT spot here at Frilly and Funkie, and everyone who enters will be entered into the draw to have the chance to win a $25 spending spree at The Funkie Junkie Boutique.

Our Week Two inspiration comes from the wonderful Funkie side of the Design Team. Click on each of the projects for a closer look;

WEEK ONE

It's Linda here to host your next Frilly and Funkie challenge. Before I reveal the details and share the first DT projects there's some super exciting news to announce! A few weeks ago Georgie C of Little Blue Craft Box was kind enough to join the Frilly Team as a special Guest Designer for a couple of challenges. I loved her work so much that I invited Georgie to become a permanent DT member... and she said yes!!! So please help us welcome her to the Frilly and Funkie family.

And more happy news; huge congratulations go to Funkie DT member Nicole who was featured by Tim Holtz as a Bird Crazy Blogworthy Link HERE!!! Nicole always creates the most fantastic 3D pieces and the Frilly and Funkie team are immensely pleased to see her get this well deserved recognition.

Our Week One inspiration comes from the amazing Frilly side of the Design Team. Click on each of the projects for a closer look;

Cec Wintonyk - CW Card Creations

Nancy Dynes ~ Tattered Treasures

Linda Coughlin - The Funkie Junkie

Now it's your turn to show us what you can do with ribbon in that vintage or shabby chic style so you can be in with a chance to win. Remember to keep watching for more inspiration from another of our Guest Designer's tomorrow.

Linda
